Stelliberty is a modern cross-platform Clash client built with Flutter and Rust, distinguished by its proprietary MD3M (Material Design 3 Modern) visual language that merges Material Design 3 color management with acrylic glass effects. Aimed at users who need flexible traffic routing, the application provides full subscription and override configuration support, letting administrators switch between proxy profiles for gaming, streaming, geo-restricted content access, or corporate firewall traversal without editing text files. A Rust-coded core supplies high-throughput packet processing, while the Flutter interface delivers pixel-perfect UI elements, smooth show-hide animations, and flicker-free window launches; the executable also registers itself as a Windows service, adds an auto-start entry, and embeds a UWP loopback manager that can exempt individual Microsoft Store applications from the local proxy. Real-time dashboards track active connections, upstream latency, and cumulative bandwidth, and the built-in i18n framework, powered by the slang library, switches among multiple languages on demand.
